• Voice Recordings: If you use the voice-to-text feature for meal descriptions (processed and immediately deleted)

• Usage Data: App features used, time spent in app, interaction patterns
• Log Data: IP address, crash reports, performance data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide AI-powered meal analysis and nutritional insights
• Track your progress toward health and habit goals
• Personalize your experience and recommendations
• Improve our AI models and app functionality

3. AI Processing

We use OpenAI's GPT-4 Vision and Whisper APIs to analyze your meal photos and transcribe voice inputs. When you submit a meal photo or voice recording:

• Images are securely transmitted to OpenAI for analysis
• Voice recordings are transcribed and immediately deleted
• OpenAI processes data according to their Privacy Policy
• Analysis results are returned to our app and stored in your account
• We do not train custom AI models on your personal data

4. How We Share Your Information

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: OpenAI for AI analysis, cloud hosting providers (MongoDB Atlas), authentication services (Apple, Google)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

• Voice Recordings: Immediately deleted after transcription
• Deleted Account Data: Permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
